The suite was spacious with stunning views. enjoying breakfast in the comfortable dining area was a delight. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. The underground parking felt very secure.

The staff could have smiled more. their efficiency was excellent but lacked warmth. Also, the air conditioning struggled on warmer days, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a good breakfast buffet.

The reception staff was remarkably unhelpful. Upon arrival, they showed little interest in providing any maps or local insights. Additionally, during breakfast, the staff was slow to refill items, making the experience frustrating, especially during peak hours.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the parking layout was confusing. A good breakfast selection made mornings enjoyable.

I gave it a shot

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious suite with stunning top-floor views. The location is conveniently a 20-minute walk from the city center, and the car park at 11EUR/night was a great value. The quiet room at the end of the corridor made for a restful experience.

not to mention the horrible service—no one ever checked in on my comfort, I expected at least some kind of special gesture for my troubles, but sadly, nothing. nearly gave five stars, just couldn't.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the super comfy bed and a breakfast with fresh eggs cooked to order. The covered parking was a real plus, but WiFi access was a hassle.

The reception was bright and welcoming, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was just amazing with tons of options to choose from! The room had a nice setup with plenty of space. Also, they are super pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

Everything was as expected.

The charms of the afternoon reception were enhanced by the abundance of fresh fruit slices at breakfast and made-to-order omelettes that added a personal touch to my mornings. I especially enjoyed the room's lovely view of the city, which provided a delightful backdrop for my stay.

The air conditioning system could use some enhancements to maintain a more comfortable temperature during warmer days.

Wi-Fi was slow, but laundry services were convenient after a long walk.
